Quick Vegan Pizza Recipe


Pizza dough:
1.5 cups water
3 cups flour all purpose (plain) flour
1.5 tsp himalayan salt
1.5 tsp active dry yeast

3 tbsp tomato passata/tomato paste
1/2 cup vegan cheese
1.5 tsp dry basil


1. Mix the flour, salt, water and yeast in a large mixing bowl and stir until the dough forms
2. Sprinkle flour onto a clean surface & knead dough for 10 minutes
3. Form dough into a ball & wrap in cling film for 2 hours to let the dough rise
4. Pre-heat oven on maximum heat & start to stretch out the dough into a circle shape
6. Place onto a baking tray with baking paper & cook pizza for 15 minutes
7. Take pizza out of the oven and spread tomato passata/tomato paste on top
8. Grate vegan cheese onto pizza and put back into the oven for another 5 minutes
3. Take pizza out of the oven & sprinkle dry basil on top
5. Cut into pieces & try not to inhale the whole pizza within a few seconds!
