Roll with apricots

The recipe for a dessert for the whole family.
For 8 servings:


  • canned apricots — 300 g
  • juice — 1 lemon
  • sugar — 100 g
  • gelatin — 15 g
  • eggs — 4 pcs.
  • powdered sugar — 80 g
  • salt — a pinch
  • flour — 80 g
  • starch — 30 g


For filling, apricots can be poured onto a sieve and allowed to drain. Fruits are placed in a bowl of blender, add lemon juice, sugar and mash. Put the mixture on fire and cook for 5 minutes with constant stirring.
Gelatin soak for 15 minutes, add to the hot apricot puree and mix. Allow to cool.
To test the egg whip with sugar powder and salt until a lush mass is obtained. Flour sifted with starch and quickly mixed with the egg mass. The resultant dough is spread over a baking sheet lined with parchment and baked for 15 minutes at 190 °.
Finished biscuit along with the paper put on a wet towel and roll up a roll. Allow to cool. Then roll the rolls, cover with apricot filling and again roll. Remove into the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
