Healthy Cucumber Cocktail



Healthy Cucumber Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz cachaça (or any clear liquor you prefer, such as vodka, silver tequila, white rum, gin, you get the idea)
  • 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice (or more to taste, if you prefer sour drinks)
  • a handful of mint leaves
  • 3 slices of cucumber lengthwise, (only one slice will be chopped into little matchsticks (a.k.a. julienne))
  • 1 can of La Croix, I used mango but if you prefer another flavor, why not?


Instructions:

  1. Place some ice in a cocktail shaker (or you can use a jar with a secure lid).
  2. Add the cachaça and mint and then muddle.
  3. Add the lime juice, julienned cucumber, cover and shake.
  4. Line a glass with the 2 remaining cucumber slices, add the mixture into the glass (if using a jar, pour into the glass using a strainer).
  5. Top off with La Croix and enjoy!
